Job Description: Field Officer for Hospitals

Position Overview: The Field Officer for Hospitals is responsible for managing and coordinating various activities related to hospital operations and community engagement. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively communicate with hospital staff, patients, and community members to ensure the smooth functioning of hospital services and promote positive interactions within the community. The Field Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the hospital's reputation and fostering a strong relationship with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify Documents in hospitals, Pharmacies regarding Claims.

Cordinate with patients, Doctors, Pharmacists.

Patient Support:Assist patients in navigating the hospital's services, guiding them through the process, and providing necessary information.
Collect feedback from patients to improve their experience and address any issues they may encounter during their visit.

Data Collection and Reporting:Compile and maintain records of patient interactions, and feedback received.
Generate regular reports on community engagement initiatives, patient feedback, and operational efficiency for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences.
- Empathy and patience when interacting with patients and community members.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in real-time.
- Familiarity with local culture, customs, and community dynamics.
- Previous experience in community engagement, customer service, or healthcare administration is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
