the person will be responsible for managing the export and sourcing operations to international clients. the primary objective will be to expand our market reach, drive sales growth, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing export strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients, distributors, and partners in target regions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas buyers and stakeholders.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinating with logistics, and shipping departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting international trade.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation related to export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology or any other relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in export sales or international trade in the têxtile industry.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with export software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
