**URGENTLY REQUIRED**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Conceptualize and create custom wedding designs, including invitations, table settings, floral arrangements, signage, and other decorative elements that align with the client's vision and theme.
- **Venue & Event Décor**:
Work closely with clients and wedding planners to design and plan the overall aesthetic of the wedding venue, considering factors such as colour palettes, floral arrangements, lighting, and layout.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with vendors (florists, printers, decorators, etc.) to ensure design elements are executed perfectly.

Maintain excellent relationships with external partners to meet design deadlines and specifications.

Participate in client meetings, offering expert advice on design concepts and trends, while taking into account the client's preferences, budget, and overall event theme.

Stay updated on the latest wedding design trends, materials, colour schemes, and artistic styles to ensure our designs are contemporary and unique.

Ensure all design elements are of the highest quality and are in line with client expectations.

Conduct quality checks on all designs before final execution.

Tailor designs to meet the specific needs of each wedding, offering creative and unique solutions that match the client's personality and style.

Create mood boards, design sketches, and visual presentations for clients to review and approve.

Present ideas clearly and professionally to convey the vision.
- **Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in design, preferably in the wedding or event industry.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools is preferred.
- **Creative Skills**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, preferably with examples of event/wedding-related projects.
- Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box, blending aesthetic design with functionality.
- **Attention to Detail**:Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize and execute ideas accurately.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly to clients and vendors.
- **Project Management Skills**:
Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.

Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with wedding planners, vendors, and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.

A strong passion for weddings, event design, and the ability to translate a client’s vision into a beautifully executed design.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Interpersonal Skills:

- Passion for Weddings & Events
- Knowledge of the wedding industry’s common materials, trends, and styles.
- Familiarity with floral arrangements and working with florists.
- Social media knowledge to promote design work through platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, etc.

**Salary** : As per Eligibility

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
