We're seeking a talented creative sports graphics designer and video editor who can join our team immediately.

**Job Title**:Video Editing & Graphics Specialist

**Experience Level**: 3+ Years

**Requirements**:
1. Designing: Conceptualize, design, and execute sports-centric graphics for various digital and print materials including posters, banners, social media statics and carousels, presentations, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

3. Video Editing:
Edit and produce high-quality video content, including reels, shorts, and long-formatted videos, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

4. Brand Consistency:
Uphold brand guidelines across all design projects for a consistent visual identity.

Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with brand messaging and strategy.

5. T-shirt Graphics/Illustrations:

- Create captivating illustrations for T-shirts catering to IPL fans, reflecting the tournament's energy.
- Ensure designs are print-ready with high-quality resolution and colour fidelity.
- Collaborate with clients to refine designs and deliver in suitable formats for printing.

6. In addition to your design duties, you'll also:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Communicate progress and challenges to ensure project flow.

- **You must have hands-on experience.**:

- **All Adobe software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and other tools such as Canva and Coral Draw**

Eligibility:

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Awareness of the latest design trends and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
