**Job Title: Civil Foreman**

**Location: New Delhi**

**Role Description**:
As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects in New Delhi. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and directing the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

Manage and oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor progress and performance on site, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed.

Interpret and enforce project specifications and quality standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical or logístical issues.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses.

Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and milestones.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among crew members.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a civil supervisor or foreman in the construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

Diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
