**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**:Operations Executive**

Axestrack Software Solution Pvt Ltd looks forward to welcoming a versatile new member to our expanding team. We're looking for Operations Executive having good knowledge of client relations with good verbal and written communication skills.

**Key Skill Set Required: -**
- Handling multiple stakeholders like client’s logistics team, truck drivers, internal backend teams, field technicians etc. to resolve client’s issue resolution.
- Client relations Management - Customer centric service delivery and relationship building.
- Service desk team for inbound calling process.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to learn the software and suggest new processes.

**Important Parameters: -**
- Work Experience - 1 Years +
- Education: Graduation
- Preferred background - BPO / E commerce / Logistics / Field operations with calling operations
- Salary (CTC) - as per industry norms
- Job Location - Jaipur

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
