Job Title: Business Administrator for Textile Retailing Company

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the têxtile retailing company
- Manage finances, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company and its products
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Administrator or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with marketing and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with têxtile products and the têxtile industry is a plus

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
