Develop, review, and update comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and industry standards applicable to NBFCs, and incorporate findings into policy development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk management, operations, and business units, to gather input and ensure that compliance policies reflect business needs while mitigating regulatory risks.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear and actionable policies, guidelines, and procedures that are easily understood by employees.
- Work closely with senior management to prioritize policy initiatives and ensure timely implementation across the organization.
- Establish a structured process for policy development, including drafting, review, approval, dissemination, and periodic review and updates.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through workshops, training sessions, and written communications.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting NBFCs and proactively update compliance policies and procedures to reflect these changes.
- Conduct periodic assessments and audits of compliance policies and procedures to identify gaps, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure that policies are effectively implemented and enforced, and assist in addressing any compliance issues or deficiencies identified.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
