**Position**: Customer Support Executive

**Experience Required**: 3-5 years.

**Location**:Pune (On-Site)

**Responsibilities**
- Responding to customer complaints, reporting analyzing, and resolving customer complaints
- Discussing with the concerned department and expediting needful preventive actions on the root cause of problems identified.
- Attending breakdown in the system at the customer place when a complaint is registered.
- Attend the periodic system maintenance for the customer subscribed under the Annual Maintenance Contract.
- Scheduling & and rectification of work at customers' place during the breakdowns/service requirements under/after the warranty period.
- Providing site job execution support for Projects and shutdown jobs.
- Generation of spare inquiries and new project inquiries during customer support visits.
- Conducting system health check-up service order audits at customer place and preparing & and sending audit reports to customers.
- Service job payment follow-ups with customers.
- Providing Maintenance Training /service support to Customers in person through Online.
- Organizing and arranging to send needful warranty supply materials to the customer against the warranty complaint after a detail.
- Collecting customer satisfaction feedback reports from the customer and initiating necessary corrective and preventive actions to improve the customer satisfaction level.
- Documentation of customer complaints and services as per ISO requirements.

**Skills Required**:
1. Knowledge in Overhead, Inverted, Floor conveyors, drop lifts, structural installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

2. Knowledge of technical drawings reading and understanding (Mechanical & Electrical)

3. Knowledge of PLC, electrical control wiring, and Logic programming.

4. Knowledge and involvement in Mechanical and electrical problem identification and troubleshooting.

5. Willing to travel all over India to customer places.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Qualifications**

Diploma /Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical /Electrical
