*Job Title: Commercial Assistant*

*Job Overview:*

A Commercial Assistant must play a vital role in supporting the commercial and business operations of a company. They work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, finance & accounting and other teams to ensure efficient and effective coordination of various commercial activities. The primary focus of this role is to assist in managing contracts, analyzing market trends, providing administrative support, and facilitating smooth communication within the commercial department.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Contract Management:*
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain contract databases, tracking key dates, terms, and obligations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve contractual issues and ensure contract accuracy.

2. *Market Analysis:*
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Compile and present data-driven reports on market analysis, identifying opportunities and potential risks.

3. *Administrative Support:*
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.

4. *Sales and Marketing Support:*
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in preparing sales presentations, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and events, ensuring seamless execution.

5. *Vendor and Supplier Coordination:*
- Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, negotiating terms, and tracking orders.

6. *Data Management:*
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data related to commercial activities, including sales figures, pricing, and customer information.

7. *Communication Facilitation:*
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication on commercial matters.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues raised by internal and external stakeholders.

8. *Compliance and Documentation:*
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all commercial activities.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents.

9. *Support Strategy Development:*
- Collaborate with the commercial team to contribute insights and information for the development of business strategies and goals.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with contract management tools and systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role or commercial environment is advantageous.
