**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a digital media strategy aligned with website goals and target audience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Design graphics, infographics, and multimedia content to enhance audience engagement.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
- **Page Management**:

- Manage and maintain social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and the company blog.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze page performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- **Performance Marketing**:

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media ads, and display advertising.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, including ROI, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on digital media performance, campaign outcomes, and key metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a digital media strategist, social media manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, page management, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the e-commerce or appliances sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
