**Urgently requires Ticketing Executive**

**Location**:Delhi

**Salary**:Rs.30,000-Rs.40,000 Per Month

**Qualification**:Any Graduate

**Experience**:Minimum 2 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights, while offering the best options based on their preferences.
- Issue and manage airline tickets, including processing payments, refunds, and exchanges.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, availability, and airline policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other travel professionals to coordinate customer travel needs.
- Ensure compliance with all travel regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist customers with baggage policies, seat preferences, and special requests.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
