**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Support**:

- Assist producers in organizing shoots, scheduling, and logistics.
- Help with booking locations, securing permits, and arranging equipment and crew.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments during production.

**Content Coordination**:

- Support research for scripts, guests, story elements, or locations.
- Help develop and maintain production documentation (call sheets, shot lists, production schedules).
- Track production progress and update internal content calendars or databases.

**On-Set Assistance**:

- Provide hands-on support during filming or recording (e.g., taking notes, managing release forms, coordinating talent).
- Help ensure production runs smoothly and on schedule.

**Post-Production Tasks**:

- Assist in reviewing rough cuts, gathering feedback, and managing revisions.
- Organize and archive media assets and ensure proper file labeling and metadata entry.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle paperwork such as production reports, expense tracking, and contracts.
- Coordinate internal and external communications as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in media production, broadcasting, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with media production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, production management software).
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
