**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients or leads.
- Provide detailed information about our products or services.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns over the phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow-up on leads and prospects, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and generate new business.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.
- Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
**Compensation**:
