**Tele Calling**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote financial products and services.
- Handle inbound queries from prospective clients and provide relevant information.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, compliance, and back-office) to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of client requests.
- Prepare daily call reports, detailing the number of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up actions.
- Keep track of potential leads and provide updates to the sales and operations teams.
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience in tellecalling, customer service, or operations in the financial sector is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial products and services, engage with clients effectively, and build long-term relationships.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tellecalling or operations, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
