Customer Service Representative

1. Working on calling and following up with customers and assisting them with placing orders via our website
2. Working on responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and chat
3. Working on identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
4. Working on updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
5. Working on sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
6. Working on informing customers about new features and functionalities
7. Working on gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our product, sales, and marketing teams

Skills & Requirements:
1. Telemarketing skills
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Customer service skills (preferred)
4. Good typing skills
5. Excellent problem-solving skills
6. Multi-tasking abilities
7. Experience as a customer support specialist or similar CS role
8. Experience with a start-up (preferred)
9. Understanding of CRM system

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400043, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
