**Lenskart Foundation is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for its Charitable Eye Care Van.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Ensure complete and accurate patient registration, which includes recording patient’s detail, handover of glasses and follow up**
- **To carry out day-to-day operations at the centre**
- **Maintain data, place and receive orders from the vendor**
- **Educate patients and family members about eye health conditions, medications, and instructions**
- **Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect**
- **Willingness to communicate respectfully with the underprivileged category of people on a daily basis**
- **Oversee centre supplies: organizing, maintaining and communicating needs on weekly basis to Centre Head**
- **Coordinates the maintenance and alteration of Centre areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of Centre facilities**

**Skills and Qualification**:

- **Minimum graduate or equivalent**
- **Working knowledge of Computers and proficient in Excel**
- **Highly organized with a strong ability to manage different priorities**
- **Ability to work with others and use resources to problem solve**
- **Strong customer service skills**
- **Effective verbal and written communication skills**

**Desirable**:
**Previous work experience in the eye-health care sector is a plus**

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
