Required skill
- 2-3 years experience of working in a loyalty role in the Ecommerce company. Having worked in consumer digital engagement would be added benefit.
- Possess a strong Customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet and champion the Customer’s needs, while staying within the policies and procedures.
- Able to demonstrate a continuous improvement mind-set.
- Well versed with Leadsquared is a must.
- Demonstrate a willingness to be coached, showing an openness to feedback and performance improvement opportunities.

Roles & responsibilities
- Drafting responses for all Social Media platforms for feedback/queries raised and posted by customers.
- Ensuring the responses sent to the customers are in conformance with the goodwill and reputation of the Brand via close monitoring, training, and management of Social Media team.
- Ensuring appropriate response to the comments, reviews or any other form of communication posted by Influencers on Social Media Platforms in relation to the loyalty programme and services
- Providing assistance in creating and providing end-to-end customer service on Social Media.
- Set up & Implement CRMs like Freshdesk, GupShup & Zendesk.
- Automating processes to increase productivity & hassle free operations.
- Handle advance & technical Queries smoothly.
- Cross selling to increase overall revenue.

**Salary**: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
