**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Installation Windows Operating System 8, 8.1,10 & 11 and troubleshooting basic knowledge of Linux Environment Ubuntu, CentOS, Debain
- Installation Basic software and other license software as per project requirements
- SQL Server 2019, 2017/2016/2014/2012/2010/2008/2005 installation, Configuration, Data Backup & Restorations.
- Configure MS Outlook 2013, 2016, 2021 and Office 365.
- Installation & Administration of Windows Server 2019/206/2012/2008/2003
- Installation Tally Server ERP9 & Client Configurations
- Installation configuration ESSL Biomatrix device and backups
- Installation switches, and network devices configuration, connect network & troubleshooting LAN & WAN VPN solution (Crimping LAN Cable Cad 5 & Cad6).
- Wireless router configurations, Routers and Access point and troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues.
- Installation and configuration Quick heal endpoint security server console, client installation & monitor clients update.
- Installation Dot-matrix & Deskjet Printer, Laser-jet printers, Office jet Installation & configurations Network Printer & Scanner.
- Check hardware warranty status & call log for hardware parts, Follow up with the Vendor
- Firewall Installation Create Rule, Policy, User Create, Delete Configuration & Backup Maintenance Sophos and Fortigate
- IT Asset & License Management in Excel Sheet.
- Purchase and order IT assets as per requirements
- Create VPN sophos access as per user requirements
- Create sophos user client access connect to Internet
- Configure FTP and SFTP as per project requirements and automated backups.
- Installation & Configuration Appveyor Server Configuration CI Configurations As per Required Projects
- Installation & Configurations SSL Certificate Windows and Linux and Load balancer
- Managing and Maintaining AWS Cloud Platform (Creation EC2 instances, Create OS Image and restoration OS Image, Create Application Load Balancer, Install SSL on LB, Create RDS databases and configurations, Create S3 Buckets and configuration export.bak files, Databases Snapshots)
- Jira Ticketing tool raised issues & close tickets. Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
- Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and main-tain files for due diligence and financials
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
