Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

**Role Purpose**

As a Data Entry Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by accurately inputting, managing, and organizing essential data.

**Responsibility**
- **Data Entry Management**:

- Enter and update data in the company's database or software system
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- **Typing and Transcription**:

- Exhibit excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Assist in transcribing audio recordings or handwritten documents into digital format.
- **Presentation Development**:

- Create visually appealing and informative presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Compile and format data for presentations, reports, or other documentation.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct periodic audits of data to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors.
- Maintain a high standard of data quality and integrity.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and generate reports as requested by supervisors.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference.
- Assist in generating periodic reports summarizing key data points and trends
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
- **Data Verification**:

- Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring it meets quality standards.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the data, and report them to the supervisor.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow and support any ongoing projects that require accurate data.
- **Adherence to Privacy and Compliance**:

- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**:

- Assist with any additional tasks related to data management and entry, as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skills Required**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Mandatory Requirement**

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
