Position Overview: As a Data Entry Intern, your primary responsibility will be to support the organization in entering and organizing data accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the data management team, ensuring the integrity and quality of information while maintaining confidentiality. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in data entry and management, improving your attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter data into computer systems or databases from various sources such as physical documents, spreadsheets, or digital files. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors.

Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it with source documents or existing records. Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies promptly.

Data Maintenance: Update and maintain existing databases by entering new or updated information. Ensure data is organized, categorized, and labeled correctly for easy retrieval and analysis.

Data Cleansing: Identify and eliminate or correct any duplicate, incomplete, or irrelevant data entries. Perform routine data cleaning tasks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Data Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost care and follow the organization's data security and privacy protocols. Adhere to data protection regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of data entry activities, including the number of entries made, error rates, and any issues encountered. Prepare regular reports on data quality and performance.

Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, supervisors, or project leads to clarify data requirements, resolve issues, or seek guidance. Communicate effectively and proactively share updates or concerns related to data entry tasks.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Propose ideas to automate repetitive tasks or enhance data quality control measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information systems, business administration) or recently graduated.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with data management principles and best practices is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
