Litigation Associate

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Representing audits, assessments, appeals and other related matters for group of legal entities before Tax Assessment & Appellate Authorities;
- Preparing submissions for tax audits, assessments, appeals, penalty, show cause, revision, order giving effects, refunds, recovery, rectification and other proceedings
- Interacting with external tax advisors/ counsels and Income Tax authorities
- Responsible for Tax audit by auditors
- Transfer Pricing and Master File Compliances

CA / CA (Inter) / Advocate with experience of tax litigation - assessment, appeals & tribunal works

**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
