Knowledge of the practice and procedure of the aforesaid Courts/forums. Ability to manage and handle complex civil & commercial dispute matters. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eligibility: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Candidates must have familiarity with construction/engineering disputes. Candidates should note that this is a full-time position that involves travel across India.
