**Role & Responsibilities**

Generate Home Loan leads from the open market and through different channels like DSAs, connectors, or builders

Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan.

Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets.

Meeting builders/DSA’s/ Connectors associations for tie-ups/ empanelment for housing loans.

Connect with our Loan processing centre to ensure the file disbursement.

Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's home loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria.

**Job Specific skills**
- Should hold knowledge of Home Loan
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Solid understanding of the potential of local market
