**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to UHC.
- Provide accurate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Work in compliance with company guidelines and process quality standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
