**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Directing unresolved issues or concerns to appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with all customers.
- Following up on customer interactions where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve complaints effectively.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- High school diploma; higher education or equivalent preferred.
