**Job Title**: Lead Generation Specialist

**Department**: Sales

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Location**: Bengaluru, Church Street Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand our products and services
- Follow up with prospective clients and answer any questions that they may have about our products and services.
- Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise way
- Develop presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
- Work with the sales team to qualify leads and develop proposals
- Closely manage the pipeline and manage customer relationships

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
