**Key Responsibilities**
- **Instructional Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions on topics such as surgical instrumentation, aseptic techniques, patient positioning, and infection control protocols.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on laboratory exercises, to enhance student learning.
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Follow the prescribed curriculum and ensure that all course objectives are met.
- Contribute to the development and updating of course materials and laboratory manuals to reflect current industry standards.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Design and administer written, oral, and practical assessments to evaluate student understanding and competencies.
- Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students requiring assistance.
- **Laboratory Management**:

- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling of reagents, samples, and waste disposal.
- **Student Mentorship**:

- Guide students in professional ethics, communication skills, and career development.
- Support students during internships and clinical postings, offering mentorship and supervision.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Pay: ₹10,065.20 - ₹25,928.25 per month
