GD Goenka Healthcare Academy seeks a dedicated and experienced MLT Trainer to deliver high-quality education in the field of Medical Laboratory Technology The ideal candidate will be responsible for imparting both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to students ensuring they are well-prepared for careers in diagnostic laboratories and healthcare settings Key Responsibilities Instructional Delivery Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions on subjects including Hematology Microbiology Biochemistry Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Techniques Utilize a variety of teaching methods such as demonstrations case studies and hands-on laboratory exercises to enhance student learning Curriculum Implementation Follow the prescribed curriculum and ensure that all course objectives are met Contribute to the development and updating of course materials and laboratory manuals to reflect current industry standards Student Assessment Design and administer written oral and practical assessments to evaluate student understanding and competencies Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students requiring assistance Laboratory Management Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments Ensure adherence to safety protocols including proper handling of reagents samples and waste disposal Student Mentorship Guide students in professional ethics communication skills and career development Support students during internships and clinical postings offering mentorship and supervision Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and progress Participate in faculty meetings workshops and training sessions as required Job Type Full-time Pay 8 153 11 - 25 788 41 per month Work Location In person
