PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING Female candidates only All information provided must accurately represent the candidate s actual qualifications and work experience Position Lab Technician Location Umayanalloor Kollam 1 5 km from NH66 Required Qualifications B Sc MLT BMLT or M Sc MLT only Valid Paramedical Council Registration is mandatory Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lab Technician Experience in a Hospital Laboratory or Clinical Laboratory of a Diagnostic Lab Chain is preferred Working knowledge of Biochemistry and Hematology analyzers is required Job Role Performing routine laboratory investigations and generating accurate reports Collecting labeling handling and processing patient samples hygienically Recording results and maintaining proper documentation Coordinating with OPD Pharmacy and Clinical teams for smooth daily operations Managing patient queries politely and professionally Working under the supervision of the Lab In-Charge Responsibilities Following all SOPs related to sample processing documentation billing and communication Maintaining a clean hygienic and organized laboratory environment Handling sample billing entries basic inventory records and report dispatch as instructed Adhering to professional conduct grooming and patient-care standards Reporting operational issues or irregularities promptly to the Lab In-Charge Uniform Professional Standards Medical scrubs are mandatory during duty hours About Us We are an established OP Clinic with over 20 years of operations supported by 4 full-time OP doctors Approximately 20 staff across Clinical Pharmacy and Diagnostics departments An in-house Clinical Laboratory integrated with OP services Work Schedule 6 days working 1 weekly off Shift Timings Morning Shift 7 00 AM - 3 00 PM Evening Shift 2 00 PM - 10 00 PM Benefits ESI EPF Paid sick leave Overtime allowance Annual bonus Casual Leave and Earned Leave Salary 13 000 - 16 000 per month Other Information 3-month probation period applies Preference for candidates with professionalism lab discipline and a team-oriented attitude Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Have you worked in a Hospital or Clinical Laboratory before Yes or No How much experience do you have as a Lab Technician Do you have a valid Paramedical Council Registration Work Location In person
