2. **Liaison with Departments and Authorities**:

- Establish effective communication and collaboration with various government departments and authorities to facilitate compliance.

3. **License Application and Management**:
4. **Payroll Processing and Administration**:

- Take overall responsibility for efficient and accurate payroll processing and administration.

5. **Verification & Reconciliation**:

- Verify and reconcile monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

6. **TDS Liability Calculation and Deposit**:

- Calculate and deposit monthly TDS liability on salaries in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

*Experience**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance, Act, labour laws and statutory requirements.

*Qualification*

Masters /Bachelor's/Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Laws or Industrial Relations

*Skills*
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in a variety of Labor Laws, including but not limited to:

- Provident Fund Act
- ESI Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Maternity Act
- Bonus Act
- Shop Act
- Factories Act
- Employment Exchange Act
- Contract Labour Act
- Payment of Gratuity Act
- Proficiency in payroll processing.

**Salary Range**:

- 25,000 - 35,000
