**What this job involves**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new properties and develop relationships with developers and landlords
- Obtain necessary documentation and conduct site visits to assess potential properties
- Maintain records of available properties and relationships with developers/landlords
- Assist in lease proposals, market analysis & property preparation
- Promote new properties and conduct market research
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

**Daily Activities List**:
a) Sourcing of properties through various resources and updating the same to the team

b) Calling/meeting the developers of their respective micro markets and collating the availability list (current and future)

c) Reaching out to the owners of the properties which are mentioned in the deal tracker to get the details of leased space

**Weekly Activities List**:
a) Sending the updated weekly tracker

c) Attending the Database Team Call

**Monthly Activities List**:
a) Verifying the availability status of the properties and updating in ML.

b) Modifying the status in ML if the property is Leased out.

**Quarterly Activities List**:
a) Updating the status of Under Construction projects of the respective micro markets at the end of every Quarter

b) Updating the status of BTS projects at the end of every quarter
- Self-starter & team player
- Passion for Real Estate
- Open to travel
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling
- Development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Power Point)

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,848.81 per month
