Role description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering:

- Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and spatial requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on material choices, color palettes, and layout configurations.
- Translate client inputs into functional and visually appealing design solutions.
- Design & Development:

- Create detailed designs and layouts for modular kitchens and wardrobes, considering functionality, storage solutions, and ergonomic principles.
- Use design software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, etc.) to develop accurate, high-quality renderings and models.
- Incorporate luxury design elements that align with the brand’s image, including high-end finishes, innovative storage solutions, and premium materials.
- Project Management & Coordination:

- Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to installation.
- Collaborate with vendors and installation teams to ensure designs are executed to specification.
- Maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion and quality control at each stage.
- Trend Analysis & Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in modular kitchen and wardrobe design and integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of available products, materials, and finishes to guide clients in their selections.
- Suggest upgrades or alternatives to enhance functionality and style while respecting budget constraints.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Building:

- Provide a personalized customer experience by delivering tailored solutions and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, promoting brand loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of modular systems, high-end finishes, and premium materials.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams, balancing creativity with functional requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with sustainable materials and energy-efficient design solutions.
- Previous experience in a luxury or high-end furniture setting.
- Knowledge of installation and customization processes specific to modular furniture systems.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
