**Job description**

**Outbound Calls**:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.Introduce and explain our products or services, highlighting their features and benefits.

**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations.Gather information and customer needs for follow-up by the sales team.

**Customer Engagemen**t:Build rapport and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during phone interactions.Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.

**Receptionist and student handling**:Accurately record call outcomes, customer information,Student record,documentation and feedback in CRM or databases.Prepare regular reports on call results and lead generation metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and objection-handling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
