Stem/innovation Trainer

**Job Brief**

We are looking for an inspiring and nurturing Full-Time Lab of Future STEM/Innovation Trainer. The program incorporates a hands-on, problem-solving approach that unlocks students’ creativity and fosters critical thinking. Students gain core competency in basic design thinking and have increased opportunity to expand their technology aptitude through exposure to robotics, programming, 3D designing, STEM, Space Technology, and maker skills. Through the Lab of Future Lab program, students establish design thinking skills, learn “how to think'' and become more resourceful, experimental, collaborative, and empathetic. Skills and competencies become more intricate and sophisticated as students advance through the school grades.

1.**Programme Planning and Delivery**
- Take classes in the Lab of Future for students
- Maintain the quality standard of programme conduction.
- Plan delivery of programme/session/activities/events on time and formulate and follow the agenda.
- Interact with Students / solve the queries as and when required.
- Preparing students for national and international competitions /projects.
- Recording and editing student activities and showcasing them at the right platforms.
- Timely taking review of the running program and taking appropriate steps

2. **Reports & Feedbacks**
- Prepare and timely (each after 15 days) submit all the reports and formats as per the SOP.
- Take the feedback from clients and students about the session.
- Update the educational database.
- File the month end report on the last day of the month.

3. **Represent company on Media**
- Represent company across various media through interviews, participation in the talk shows; write papers and articles in. magazine and newspapers as per the company’s media policy
- Represent the company on social media as per guidelines.

4. **Training**
- Company’s senior experts will provide you with the training.
- Self Training
- Take eligibility approval for various program me/products.
- Assist the Training officer for training of new joiners.

5. **Updation of Teaching Aids**
- Update the Lesson plan/Teaching Aids as per the requirements.
- Assist the PDT Team for development of product/New content.

6. **Client Relationship**
- Maintain the PR with Clients, conduct meetings with School authorities and parents as and when required.

**7. Skills Required**
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with colleagues on pedagogical approaches, curricular alignment and instructional strategies.
- Differentiate instruction for a range of abilities and interest levels in order to provide a student-centered, hands-on approach to learning.
- Must have knowledge of Ardunio, Electronics components, Sensor interfacing, Robotics, 3D Printer
- Create and manage files through Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc.
- Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
- Attend staff meetings and serve on staff committees if needed.
- Collaborates with the Director of Information Technology and the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Innovation on learning software recommendations, best practices in classrooms, and researching new technologies to incorporate into the curriculum
- Assess and document the accomplishments of students on a regular basis and provide progress reports as required.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Guite
- Proficiency in English

**Qualifications**
- B.Tech / M.Tech/M.Sc./B.Sc. (Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science)

**Experience**
- 1 year + / Fresher

**Salary Range**

INR25,000-INR35,000 per month (CTC) + 360 degree performance appraisal for career growth

**Location**

Probation Period: 3 months

Location: Jaipur

**What will a day look like?**

**9:00 am - 1:30 pm **:Follow up on active leads, follow up on social media enquiries, Making calls, fixing appointments, arranging meetings, fixing calendar, preparing reports, presentations

**2:30 pm - 6:00 pm **:Inquiry handling, counseling and admissions, updating CRM/Software

**6:30 pm - 7:00 pm **:Onlinecall with Director for day’s briefing and next day’s plan discussion

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
