To assist in designing/prototyping edgy, fashionable yet commercially viable designs keeping the timelines and option plan in mind and contribute towards establishing brand as one of the most Fashion Forward Womenswear Wardrobe Brand.

Key Responsibilities

**RESEARCH AND CONCEPT CREATION**:
Conceptualization and Presentation:
- To assist in presentation of global fashion trends for the season supported by silhouette/fabric/trims/Color/print/surface ornamentation direction after intensive research with the aid of design search engines to shortlist BRAND specific trends.

**MARKET & CONSUMER RESEARCH**:
To visit various stores with Sr. Designer to understand BRAND designs and competitions.

To Organize all new input with Sr. Designer for working on the new season.

**DESIGN AND RANGE CREATION**:
Umbrella Trend: To assist in digital presentation of global fashion trends for the season supported by silhouette/fabric/trims/Color/print/surface ornamentation direction after intensive research with the aid of design search engines to shortlist brand specific trends.

Final Trend: To assist in BRAND specific trend presentation showcasing final themes, master Color palette, silhouette/fabric/trims/Color/print/surface techniques direction for the season along with supportive inspirational samples, trims & fabrics.

to manage organized excels for workflow and update on day to day activities.

Fabric/Trim To make fabric/trim boards based on BRAND final trends along with suggested styles/bodies for each one of them to finalize the fabrics options with the supervision of the sr. designer.

To make wall/story boards based on the direction given by the Sr. designer.

To assist in presenting design/trend inputs from runways & Pinterest on weekly basis.

**SAMPLING & APPROVALS**:

- Tech-packs: To make & handover tech-packs based on story boards to PD team according to calendar timelines.
- CAD Development
- Developing CADs according to the storyboards with Sr. Designers supervision.
- Follow-ups: To assist Sr. designers to work closely with buying, PD & sourcing team during all sampling & pre-production approvals of print strike-offs, lab dips, trims along with fit sessions to get the perfect styles.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per year
