**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with office supplies management, including inventory tracking and ordering supplies.

**Data Entry Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software programs as required.
- Maintain and update client records, databases, and company files.
- Perform regular data audits and checks for accuracy.
- Compile, sort, and verify information to prepare reports and documents.
- Assist with organizing and filing documents in both physical and digital formats.

**Marathi Typing**:

- Prepare and type official documents, reports, and correspondence in Marathi.
- Ensure all Marathi typing is accurate and formatted correctly.
- Assist with any Marathi language translation or transcription tasks as needed.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to different departments as required.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other office materials.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Marathi Typing: Must be able to type in Marathi with speed and accuracy.
- Data Entry Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and experience with office management software.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Marathi and English.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and capable of interacting with visitors and clients professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience: Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certification in office management, data entry, or Marathi typing is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
