**Job Description: Accounts and Admin Officer**

**Position Overview**:
The Accounts and Admin Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of organizational processes. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail to support the overall operational goals of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
- Should able to monitor physical stock of medicines, vaccines ,feed ,Birds etc.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain records of company assets, licenses, and vendor agreements.
- Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Coordinate with HR on employee records**, onboarding, and attendance tracking.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, and clients regarding payments, invoices, or administrative matters.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and processes.

**Compliance and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain confidential and sensitive records securely.
- Stay updated with financial and administrative regulations to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- **5-10 years of experience** in accounts and administrative roles.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (**e.g., ERP**, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position and **need Two wheeler.Stay in the location only.**


This job requires to stay in the location (Parent farm and Hatchery).Two wheeler is mandatory for which petrol allowance will be paid in addition to the salary. Manage the accountants or Data entry operators and daily petty cash of different units.

Responsible for overall management of petty cash, sales and receipts and report to Top management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
