**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Management**:

- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers of equipment, medicine, and other necessary supplies for the poultry farm.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality of goods, and delivery timelines.

**Procurement Management**:

- Ensure timely procurement of all items as per the farm’s requirements.
- Create and maintain purchase orders for all goods and materials needed for farm operations.
- Ensure that all procurement activities align with budget constraints and farm needs

.**Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of inventory levels and make sure there is no shortage of essential materials.
- Coordinate with farm management to ensure the efficient use of purchased goods.
- Perform regular stock audits and work on replenishing stock in a timely manner.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and invoices.
- Prepare reports related to procurement, expenditures, and supplier performance.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management related to purchasing activities.

**Coordination**:

- Work closely with the farm operations team to understand ongoing requirements and any immediate supply needs.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely processing of payments and invoices.

**Compliance & Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all purchased materials meet the farm’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Monitor market trends to ensure that the farm benefits from the best prices and quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
Graduate in any stream (preferably in Agriculture, Animal Science, or Business Administration).

**Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the agriculture, poultry, or food industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of the poultry industry and farm operations is an advantage.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
