**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a well-experienced and dedicated Transport & Facilities Incharge to join our team immediately.

A Transport & Facilities In-charge's responsibility is overseeing, maintaining and ensuring the smooth operations of the Transport & Facilities Department and overseeing the daily administrative operations. He / she would be in charge of for the smooth running of the Transport Department, maintenance of the school, supervising facilities such as Housekeeping, Kitchen, Securities and also the construction of new sites. This positions reports to the Operations Manager and HR.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee and manage the entire transport department including but not limited to: recruitment of drivers, routing of buses, answering parent queries, vehicle maintenance, documentation and ensuring smooth flow of transportation.
- Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
- Supervise and oversee the housekeeping staff, assign them work rosters and make sure that the school environment is clean.
- Supervise teams of service staff across various departments.
- Ensure the facility is operating as it should on a daily basis.
- Identify areas that can make the building more efficient and cost effective.
- Ensure efficient and smooth business operations.
- Other Administrative tasks as assigned.

**QUALIFICATION CRITERIA**:

- Must be flexible. The **work timing will be from 6.00 AM - 6.00 PM**. This is not negotiable and only people who are ready to work with these timings are requested to apply.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
- **Freshers** are requested **NOT TO APPLY.**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
