**We Are Hiring - Sales & Marketing Executiv**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and promote company products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support in strategy building.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Support digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Machinery / Industrial / Pharma industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to travel.
