Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver online SAP training courses and workshops to students who are pursuing a career in SAP.
- Assess and evaluate the training needs of students and develop effective training plans and schedules.
- Create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, presentations, manuals, and other resources.
- Deliver training using virtual classroom platforms and other online tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes to SAP software, policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback and support to students to ensure their understanding and competency with SAP software.
- Manage the learning environment, including resources, facilities, and equipment.
- Administer and track training attendance, evaluations, and certifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP Trainer or in a similar role.
- Experience with SAP training software and platforms, such as SAP Learning Hub, SuccessFactors, and SAP Litmos.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a diverse audience.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in teaching or training students is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and familiar with online collaboration tools and virtual classroom platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-7 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,948.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month
