Deliver SAP classroom training in the fieldFacilitate scheduled lab sessions to support the classroom trainingParticipate in periodic team status updatesCollaborate with project team members in a positive and constructive mannerWork closely with the IT SAP Deployment Team and the client site SMEs to understand unique business processes and training needs during the pre-deployment phase (including audience and delivery method analysis)Work closely with the RTP Instructional Design Team to adapt training plans/ materials / lesson plans / exercises to best support the pre-deployment training of a particular siteDeliver instructor lead training as part of a team (lead trainer / co-trainer) or independentlyDevelop and execute pre-deployment training schedules in cooperation with the client site to cover all affected rolesBuild data/scenarios in the SAP training client to support hands on exercisesCoach end users one-on-one as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,152.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
