**Job Summary**

Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of curry dishes while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. This role involves learning and perfecting curry preparation techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.

**Key ResponsibilitiesCurry 1 (Basic Preparation)**:

- Assist in preparing basic ingredients for curry dishes, including chopping, marinating, and grinding spices.
- Learn and execute foundational curry recipes and cooking methods.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, correctly measured, and prepared according to recipe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including utensils and equipment.

**Curry 2 (Advanced Preparation)**:

- Work on advanced curry preparation techniques, including blending spices and creating complex flavor profiles.
- Cook main curries under supervision, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting variations or enhancements to curry recipes.
- Support plating and presentation of curry dishes to meet service standards.

**General Responsibilities**
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Report inventory needs and assist with stock rotation for curry ingredients.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and regional variations in curry preparation.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Basic culinary training or experience in Indian/Asian cuisine (preferred).
- Passion for learning about spices and curry preparation techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
