Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Generate accurate invoices for services rendered to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate closely with operational teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes, including service details, rates, and client specifications.
- Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, rectifying any discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized manner, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve billing-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to reconcile accounts and resolve any outstanding payment discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic reports on billing activities, highlighting key metrics and trends for management review.

**Qualification
- B com Graduate**

**Excel knowledge mandate and basic accounts knowledge**

**Accommodation Free.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
