**Job Title/Designation**: Client Servicing

**CTC**: INR 6 Lakhs - 6.6 Lakhs Per Annum

**Location**: Lokhandwala, Mumbai

**Profile Description**:This role will see you handling incoming client projects & require you to be an efficient multitasker, who can take decisions with clarity, has a hustler go-getter attitude, and possesses excellent time management skills to manage multiple items/projects simultaneously.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Connect with clients to take briefs on new projects and close the commercial costs
- Be able to thoroughly dissect key information from client briefs & compile action points to brief the team for further work
- Brainstorming on ideas & concepts with the team based on client’s objectives
- Compiling ideas into a concept presentation
- Fixing client meetings for presentation of concepts & sourcing relevant approvals
- Connecting with appropriate vendors & negotiating best costs for client projects
- Maintaining P&L of projects
- Conducting successful execution and closure of projects
- Client servicing/client relations
- Sponsorship sales and marketing
- Coordination with other departments like creative, production, etc.
- Coordinating/overlooking all digital communication including mailers, social media, website, etc.
- Making pitch presentations & presenting them to clients
- Maintaining all internal documentation like budget sheets, sending MOMs, sponsor decks, post-event decks, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience in Organizing mid to large scale events, Client Servicing, Sales & Business
- Development in Events; should have worked on corporate events, managed teams and worked cohesively with multiple stakeholders
- Thorough with Excel & PowerPoint
- Having work experience in the Media & Entertainment industry will be an advantage
- Ability to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Outstanding relationship establishment and development skills
- Should be a self-starter and a go-getter
- Ability to plan well to meet set revenue targets
- Effective time management and organizational skills

**Education & Experience**:

- 6 months
- 2 Years in Client Servicing
- Graduate / Postgraduate - Any Specialization
