- Provided end-to-end service for processing loans documents.
- Assisted customers with inquiries, ensuring smooth service and compiling detailed credit databases of loan applicants.
- Prepared Management Information System (MIS) reports, including daily login-to-disbursement records and weekly review reports.
- Ensured compliance with all regulatory guidelines and requirements governing loan processes.
- Maintained rigorous file review standards to prevent fraudulent profiles in disbursement approvals.

**Experience: 1 Year experience with NBFC**
