Are you passionate about creating innovative and engaging learning experiences that drive business success? Do you have a proven track record of designing and developing effective e-learning courses, webinars, and simulations? If so, we have an opportunity for you as a contract Senior Learning Experience Architect

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field. You should have strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop effective learning experiences.

In addition, you should have knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and learning technology trends. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora is a plus. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) is also beneficial.
