**Designation: Ad Copywriter - PPC**

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Ad Copywriter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ad writing/optimization, particularly targeting the B2B market, to join our Marketing team. As a PPC Ad Copywriter, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our PPC ads, with a specific focus on targeting overseas regions (for English and Non-English speakers).

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop impactful and concise ad copies for B2B PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant channels.

2. Ensure ad copies align with keyword strategies and resonate with our B2B target audience.

3. Conduct in-depth research to understand B2B audience pain points, challenges and motivations.

4. Craft ad copies that speak directly to the needs of businesses, showcasing the value proposition.

5. Collaborate closely with the in-house teams to incorporate relevant keywords seamlessly into ad copies.

6. Optimize ad content for search engine visibility and quality score improvement.

7. Implement A/B testing methodologies to analyse and optimize ad performance.

8. Iterate on ad copies based on data-driven insights to enhance click-through rates and conversions.

9. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align ad copy strategies with broader campaign goals and business objectives.

10. Provide creative input for overall campaign ads strategy.

11. Stay informed about B2B industry trends, competitor activities and emerging PPC best practices.

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in crafting PPC ad copies, specifically for B2B campaigns.

2. Showcase a portfolio demonstrating successful B2B PPC campaigns.

3. Solid understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, buyer journeys, and decision-making processes.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret PPC data, draw actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

5. Generate regular reports on ad copy performance, providing detailed insights into key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).

6. Present findings to the marketing team and make data-driven recommendations for future optimizations.

7. Collaborate with the PPC manager to optimize ad copies based on budget allocation and performance metrics.

8. Exceptional creativity in crafting engaging ad copies within the character limits of PPC platforms.

9. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) in B2B PPC campaigns.
