**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain software systems and solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new features and improvements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and adhere to coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Improve functionality of existing systems
- Implement security and data protection solutions
- Assess and prioritize feature requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Python ecosystem.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of Python programming concepts and techniques.
- Knowledge of Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Pyramid.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
